BLVD has "Music for People"
The recent addition of skillful linguist MC Souleye and San Francisco's livetronica three-piece, BLVD, has served up some new beats to fill out the group's ever-evolving musical palette. Their fourth release, Music for People, finally catalogs this union of sounds that many fans have been witnessing live over the last year-and-a-half. Feeling the groove, Souleye combines his conscious wordsmithing and fast-paced flows with the soundscapes painted by beats (Dylan McIntosh), thick, deep bass (Tripp Bains), heavily effected guitar canvases (Curtis Sloane), and intelligent programming. When combined, these elements produced a series of tracks where each can stand on its own legs.
Another exciting and recent addition to the FanMail family, Cartfly, is powering BLVD's online store. You may ask, "What is Cartfly?" Well, Cartfly is the newest way to sell your products online. Outside Lands
San Francisco and Outside Lands...The Outside Lands music festival in San Francisco is wrapping up and what a great event it has been. Great music and lots of fan interaction opportunities have made Outside Lands more complex in scope compared to traditional festivals. Check out Crowd Fire. The "greening" throughout the event has also impressed me. It shows an organization's ability to hold an event drawing many thousands and stay environmentally conscious at the same time. Kudos to our clients Another Planet and Superfly. Thanks for the memories... Labels: FanMail, fanmailmarketing.com, Outside Lands, San Francisco

Is your fanbase Funky?
Years of touring and recording, had grown George Clinton a dedicated fanbase across the USA and Internationally. The challenge was to effectively communicate back and forth with a fanbase spread across the World. Managing the basics is essential: content relevant by geography, list clean-up with a concentration on highly qualified and engaged subscribers, maintainence of that list and interacting with that base consistently over time.
Using FanMail, George Clinton has kept his fans eager to receive communications and excited to share that information with friends. Those e-mails have helped to create word of mouth campaigns across social networks. The result has been a 600% increase in list size along with a jump in online sales. Know your fans
FanMail client Yoshi's Jazz Clubs & Restaurants wanted to grow their e-mail subscriber list and make sure their e-mails were landing successfully into an inbox. By using the tracking features within FanMail, Yoshi's was able to maintain an accurate list with highly qualified subscribers and track their actions through e-mail sends. Because of this ability, Yoshi's was able to effectively communicate with their most engaged customers. The client was able to increase deliverability across all lists and drive their open and click-through rates. Yoshi's desire to expand communications through their e-mail subscriber lists illustrates the ability to deepen and foster relationships with your most important clients. Your "Super Fan". Great designs on the go
FanMail client Thread Lounge is a fashion retailer that travels the country bringing designer samples and great new fashions to the masses. Without a traditional storefront to capture sales and interact with customers, the Thread Lounge had to find a way to communicate upcoming stops with a widespread client base. Using FanMail, the Thread Lounge has been able to inform their customers of upcoming sales, track interest in a particular sale and foreshadow turn-out. Another example of FanMail opening doors for our Clients. Labels: CRM, email, FanMail, FRM, tracking
