What does SCI Fidelity Street Teams do, what is your main goal?

We are responsible for nationwide grassroots promotions for all of our artists' tour dates and album releases. Artists we work with include The String Cheese Incident, Keller Williams, Steve Winwood, Umphrey's McGee, DJ Harry, Ben Arnold, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Karl Denson's Tiny Universe and MORE!

One of our most effective methods of promotion comes from enlisting our "street team", which is a group of fans who have volunteered to help promote the bands in return for tickets to shows, CDs, etc. Each artist has their own street team (ie., SCI Pirates, Team Keller, etc), and we also have "Team SCI-FI", which is a group of music-lovers who support all of the artists we work with. Currently, we have over 10,000 members of our various street teams, nationwide. In order to ensure that we have promotional support in every major city and tour market, we must remain in close contact with our teams, keeping them informed of upcoming concerts and releases, and recruiting people to help wherever needed, on a case-by-case basis.
